Used to do this all the time and no headaches..now this.
Though I have to admit, this headache is nothing compared to the headaches I used to have related to my TBI complications. Which fortunately haven't returned since my surgeries..

I still get scared they will.

It was so hard back then. The pain was so Extreme that it made me want to RIP. It was beyond madning.

I am so grateful to my surgeon 🥲

I never realized headaches could be caused by interaction of air with wet hair and/or quick cooling

If the previous headaches ever return, this won't do you any good in Algeria, but if you could get yourself to somewhere like Switzerland, the Swiss were (perhaps still are) studying LSD or an LSD analog for treating severe cluser headaches, and it seems to be working:
