I fixed my methylation cycle

and now I am well into detox. I don't feel so good, but I know when it is over I am going to feel better than I ever have in my whole life. 🙂

I am going to take a couple of days away from here, though, because if my moods get icky or weird, I don't want to share that here with everyone. Some of you have already seen me like that, and I know it is not pleasant for anyone. 😵‍💫

I do hope everyone has a beautiful weekend!❤

Here is the list of detox symptoms, many of which are already happening, but it is going to get much better, and then I will be able to say....

I have similar symptoms due to HPA axis dysfunction…heard of it? It’s brutal. My DUTCH test results showed low methylation.

@Wiseacre I'm sorry to hear you are struggling with low methylation too. 🤗

I have heard of HPA axis dysfunction, but I must admit that I don't know a lot about it. If I get time in the next couple of days, I will try to learn more about it. 🙂
