I wonder if an anti-histamine will help, or tea tree oil

I have Palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP), and if the itch is slight, I use vaseline and put an old sock over it.

If it is more than slight, I apply vaseline, then cover my foot with a grocery bag and then put an old sock over all that overnight.

If the itch is out of this world and will not stop, I soak my foot in warm water until the itch stops, and then apply vaseline and put an old sock on over it.

Whatever you do, don't scratch it, because it is like a mosquito bite ( at least PPP is), the more you scratch, the more you can't stop. I only say this after having done this a million times to the point of much bleeding.

I hope you feel better soon.🤗
