Not looking forward to my doctor's appointment tomorrow

It's a follow up for my dizziness but I'm worried. Dizziness can't be perceived from outsiders, so it's just me describing my symptoms. I really want treatment. The constant dizziness is getting hard to deal with. I'm thinking it's because of fluid in my ears so I need a referral to the ENT doctor. I hope I get it🤞

Some years ago I experienced vertigo. It turned out it was an ear infection with fluid in/on the ear. Antibiotics and a 10 day course of steroids for fluid reduction fixed me up. No further problems.
