I have Parkinson’s Disease

It started in my right hand trembling then my left hand. Got so bad I couldn’t eat. 3 years now my hands tremble so bad I can’t write, I stumble when I walk and my speech is impaired. Tired all the time and not able to sleep good. It is hard. I take medication but it doesn’t help. Keeping my mind together is really the hardest. Church helps a lot. Without that I would be lost. Thank you

@Windigo1 thank you. I tried that in the beginning but kept losing my balance and falling. Good idea though.
