Help, if anyone ever experienced this

Has anyone ever experienced GERD or stomach problems like stomach pain caused by stress? How do you deal with it? I've tried yoga and taking medicine, stomach medicine, but every night, my stomach hurts, and I can't sleep.

It might be deeper than just stress. I had this years ago but was misdiagnosed. Got the right treatment and haven't suffered from it since

Yes, it all started because I forgot to eat and fell asleep. When I woke up, my stomach hurt 😂

A tsp of baking soda in water is what I use if I need to.

Where does your stomach hurt? Do you get any actual reflux or just pain?

@ostfuidctyvm i guess both, in the middle between my ribs, but i dont feel nauseous or something, it just pain, and everynight it feels like blup blup blup

@Bluebell1 You could probably do with an abdominal ultrasound and if that shows nothing then an upper endoscopy. The ultrasound would help to rule out gallbladder issues, which can present like you're describing.
