My nervous system needs to calm tf down

I had to take rescue BP meds again which means my husband can’t sleep for 3 hours now. With work in the morning.

Oh and they make me feel like absolute horsesht.

I am so frustrated right now I wanna cry.

🤍 Don't feel guilty that he is there for you. It fufills him and he one day will look back and know you let him love you even when you were struggling with physical pain and guilt. You trust him that much.
