Is a used snot-rag useful to perform an exorcism or heal the sick?

"God was performing unusual miracles through Paul. Even handkerchiefs and aprons he had used were taken to the sick, and their diseases were driven away, and the evil spirits would go out of them."

-- Acts 19:11-12

@hippyjoe1955 It's just a humorous little tidbit I had forgotten until I heard it again today. It's almost as good as Elisha's bones bringing a man back to life. If his bones were imbued with such power, why didn't they prevent Elisha from dying in the first place? The world may never know.
