Role of my carer

I got asked privately, how long is carer around. She is there to get me out of bed until I go sleep. She does my morning stretches, helps me shower, brush my teeth, helps me with bathroom needs, gives my medication, etc. Because of my needs, she is kept busy. Her duties include any shopping, doctors appointment, etc.
She is a godsend
