Fully aware of my celiac disease, he "mistakenly" contaminated my meal..small amount usually causes delayed gradual symptoms for me. I would never know why I had them if a nurse hadn’t informed me it was him.
We argued about his stupid "mistake", so to illustrate the seriousness of my own condition, I consumed his bread. Which ended with me vomiting and difficulty breathing, tachycardia and sudden low bp, lot of pain..and of course no ability to work.
Maybe it will finally make them understand that celiac disease, with its over 100 potential symptoms and severe complications, including psychiatric and long term risks like cancer, must be taken seriously or no me. Yes, me being little insane might even be related.
He apologized but i don't trust anyone when it comes to this. They been working with me for long and they know the protocol that helps me. Double shifts I hope will teach better than I can.
