A serious question,about Alexa...and my Canadian Friend

Who I've known since 2010 on EP .She has Parkinson's Disease and it is almost impossible for her to type because of her hands shaking. I went on Amazon looking for a version of Alexa that might type for her There seem to be a million versions and I need to know if ANY can type via voice command?

From copilot

Alexa has a few features that use voice to text, including:

On-device audio processing
When you say your wake word and have Do Not Send Voice Recordings turned on, an algorithm on your Echo device will transcribe your request into text.

Voice Pad (Dictation)
This Alexa skill allows you to dictate text, which can then be emailed to yourself.

Voiceitt
This app is designed to help people with limited mobility and dexterity use Alexa. It can be used in many settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and smart homes.

Voice Access
This feature allows you to speak commands to perform actions on your device, such as turning on the screen. You can also use Voice Access to type by voice by selecting a text field.

Alexa can also read and send SMS messages using only voice. You can also send voice messages using the Alexa app.

No Prime, without a computer she couldn't access Amazon,before...is that an add on for chrome only??I'm advising her to use Firefox..life is complcated

@bookerdana Not sure if yo need Prime or just an Amazon account....You might have to use chrome because I believe it transcribes the text into Google Docs...so would also need a Google email....

There was one a couple of years ago called Dragon I believe. It helped students write papers for school using a headset microphone
