Life hates me

Just over a week before my kids went back to school my eldest 6 was really sick lasted 4 days then my other daughter 4 who is just starting school was sick 2 days in too school now me and my 9 month old are sick.
I've been in the bathroom since 9.30 it's now midnight I have chronic diarrhoea between me and baby I wanna cry.
Any advice on chronic diarrhea to help make it go or be better would be awesome as I would love to get a tiny bit of sleep
