These stupid gases are going to kill me 😡 Why do we have colons?

I don't feel like sharing more details but I don't feel well and the gases put pressure on my diaphragm and lungs and I end up having shortness of breath. Sometimes I forget how many illnesses I got in my ridiculous and tbh sad body of mine and I start counting them.. What have I done for all this.
