Is this real? I am so tired all the time and yet I have mentioned this to my GP who just laughed in my face. Yet despite test after test cannot actually say what is making me have this little energy. 2 yrs I have been like this now and it is debilitating

Maybe it's either long COVID or perhaps Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The symptoms seem to match either.
