What caused the incident

Were that one man thought I had gone in there to mess around or just to play on my phone like some people do. And I kept shouting through the locked door I have an disability so require extra time. And because he were throwing an tantrum outside of the door , threatening to kick the door in and saying how beyond the joke it were that I were taking 5 minuets his friends started too. He had 4 friends as I could hear them and I seen them when I had came out as they were all starring at me. I couldnt write properly when I were upset. I waited until I had came out before I went on my phone
