We need to have treatment centers for homeless and mentally ill. They should not be homeless! That is inhumane and unloving, and will destroy cities.

Please make sure we take care of people who can't take care of themselves! Some cities have solved this problem.

That started inthe 80s when Reagan defunded social programs. Federal funding for housing of the impoverished and mentally ill was terminated.
