We need to have treatment centers for homeless and mentally ill. They should not be homeless! That is inhumane and unloving, and will destroy cities.

Please make sure we take care of people who can't take care of themselves! Some cities have solved this problem.

Dear @Carazaa for once I agree with you 100%.
There are such centres where I live and I donate to them but there is such a great need for more. With the real winter cold settling in now this is more and more urgent.

@ServantOfTheGoddess I watched this great Seattle documentary how Seattle has a problem with mentally ill and homeless, and the producer showed cities that have solved this problem with very tough laws against being homeless, and to get them into treatments and off the streets. Those people were thankful that the police had arrested them and that a judge had ordered treatment and some help. I personally believe it is worth it to pay for treatments. And their Social security checks and disability checks can pay for it and pay for housing too. Some cities have good solutions.
