Had a panic attack and collapsed in the yard today.

Something feels off but I can't put words on it.

I am so tired of being chronically ill. 😂

I'm okay by the way, I've fallen enough at this point that I'm good at it. 🙄😂

As long as you don't all and hit your head on a hard surface. When I hyperventilated and fainted I hit my head in the bathroom tap water thing, thankfully I had company to help me.
