Cold remedies

I have a crappy cold, stuffy nose, sneezing. What are cold remedies that work for you?

Vicks vapor rub, Nyquil, EmergenC

@MayorOfCrushtown Vicks is good but something in NyQuil makes me sick to my stomach.

@Sevendays yeah, i know people who have had bad reactions to nyquil but it helps me sleep at night when i am sick. i hope you feel better soon.
