Cold remedies

I have a crappy cold, stuffy nose, sneezing. What are cold remedies that work for you?

I keep one those vick's vapoinhaler with me. They help with stuffy nose. Sore throat/cough I like Rocola original cough drops. Can't go wrong with lots of rest and chicken noodles soup
