My arthritis is a good weather indicator. When a storm comes my shoulders and wrists really hurt. Thunderstorms have been rolling through. Beautiful but it hurts!

Not having swelling since I started taking Boswellia this summer. Really surprised me at how effective and quick it was. My joints were swelling and popping with every cool front or rainstorm approaching. I had to be so careful how I moved so as not to strain them.
