Have you ever had weird pains in your head?

All day, and starting last night, I've had . Periodic pains hitting me on the left side of my head. It's not a headache, just occasional mild pains. What kind of things would cause this? Also a couple months ago I woke up with this really really bad headache that didn't feel like the typical headache

You probably need professional advice rather than anything you see here, to be honest. The only thing I would say is that it might be best not to ignore this. Perhaps keel a note of when and how long they last so that you can give a doctor some information to work with.
