Any doctors or people with same thing happen?

For over a month nails started getting dents and "waves" in them. Then skin started to peel, or come off, etc. Any idea what this may be?

Looks like nail and skin psoriasis. Go to the doctor and get a diagnosis.

Agreed, your nails act as an early warning system for bigger problems sometimes.

@PrestonJ Yes they do. I have skin and nail psoriasis and it looks like what I have which has lead to psoriatic arthritis. He needs to go get examined because it could be a multitude of things.
