Do extreme stress, obesity and smoking increase the risk of cerebral hemorrhage?

I'm confused because they say it's impossible for me to have a brain hemorrhage no matter what risk factor I have
Are they right? ugh

they aren MOSTLY right. but if you. add some certain drugs, and other behaviors... the rate goes up

@Neptun cause the damage you fear does not often happne in young persons without a special condition
