So I've been treating a planters wart, but it got infected and started swelling. The area around the wart went completely black. I went up the hospital to have it looked and they cut it and drained it. Also complete removed the blister.
While they were there they found damaged tissue underneath where the wart was and suspect that I may have diabetes. So much for all the precautions I took to avoid it. My mother has it so it was always a worry. I am still waiting on the results from the blood work.
I used my mother's kit (fresh needle of course) to do a test and it was 119 after just waking up for the day. That's not really off target. We'll see what the test says I guess.
Anyways, been mostly keeping to myself lately. I may be here, but been reading more than participating as a means of distraction.
