You guys are so good at diagnosing that I often wonder when SW will replace WebMD.

Well it's in my highly unscientific and inaccurate opinion that asking what I should do about my chest pains or what I should do about my broken finger nail? Will probably result in ''I'd probably see your GP but it sounds like cancer to me IMHO'' LOLZ!😆
