Celiac Disease what to eat during holidays?

I was diagnosed with celiac disease earlier this year in March.i don't know what is best for me to eat during the up coming holidays.

If you have coeliac disease, you can eat the following foods, which naturally do not contain gluten:
most dairy products, such as cheese, butter and milk.
fruits and vegetables.
meat and fish (although not breaded or battered)
potatoes.
rice and rice noodles.
gluten-free flours, including rice, corn, soy and potato flour

@HannahSky they did it & my insurance wouldn't pay for it.they wanted 50 dollars for every 15 minutes & the appointment was going to be an hour and half or longer

Get a gluten free cookbook.
A health food shop may carry options for you as well.
