The vaccines don't stop transmission, they may reduce it but they are much more effective at preventing hospitalisation and death.

@SW-User If 99 percent of people were dying from it, you would still think it is an effective means of preventing death. Even if everyone died, you would say, "well, it could have been worse if they didn't take the vaccine - they could have died a double death." Think. Use your mind.
