Do you have a nebulizer and meds for it? If you’ve used your rescue inhaler the max amount of puffs and your breathing is still bad, you may need to go to the hospital. Until then, drink caffeine and try breathing in front of an open freezer. If you’re at the point in an attack where your body is burping on its own repeatedly, it’s trying to force your airways open, and you need help.

Get off the internet and seek medical assistance as soon as possible. My oldest son passed away from a asthma attack

Breath slowly. Calm down. Get in a hot steamy shower.

Go to the ER. When having an asthma attack last thing I'd do is ask my first question ever on a place like SW, but anyway If this is legit:
How many times have you used the rescue inhaler?
Dose is only 1-2 puffs every 4-6 hours or your heart might go crazy so having coffee with that is a bad option. (In case any actual asthmatic is reading.)
