@DeluxedEdition I don't know. Leaving WHO makes China fully controls it. You can choose to stay in WHO and simply reduce the donation + demand other countries to add their donation :)

@doong i wouldn't have a problem if other countries were contributing more. i have a huge issue with us paying 70% of the funding for all of these countries to silently hate us but have no issue mooching off of our resources
