meal plan helppp

Need cheap and easy kid friendly meal ideas to fill the gaps below. We have decided we need a strict routine for a while to get everyone in a good place with the new situation we are all in. Since we are trying to introduce healthier eating I think we are probably best sticking to a few meals and having set days for them so the kids know what to expect and get familiar with it

Monday: spaghetti bolognaise
Tuesday: sausage + mash + veggies
Wednesday: pizza
Thursday: chicken nuggets + rice + veggies
Friday: ?
Saturday: ? (Maybe bbq)
Sunday: ?

they are used to instant noodles and plain pasta and chicken nuggets fyi so this is pretty drastic. Going cold turkey on the noodles and cutting nuggets down to once a week max

Cant afford much fruit but have been giving them apples oranges and watermelon as much as i can

Canned or frozen fruits and veggies are better than none, plus less worry about rot over time. They're picked and processed at their peak ripeness compared to fresh that's often picked before done and artificially ripened.

@NativePortlander1970 I will try to get them eating that they are just pretty fussy eaters especially with fruit and vege
