meal plan helppp

Need cheap and easy kid friendly meal ideas to fill the gaps below. We have decided we need a strict routine for a while to get everyone in a good place with the new situation we are all in. Since we are trying to introduce healthier eating I think we are probably best sticking to a few meals and having set days for them so the kids know what to expect and get familiar with it

Monday: spaghetti bolognaise
Tuesday: sausage + mash + veggies
Wednesday: pizza
Thursday: chicken nuggets + rice + veggies
Friday: ?
Saturday: ? (Maybe bbq)
Sunday: ?

they are used to instant noodles and plain pasta and chicken nuggets fyi so this is pretty drastic. Going cold turkey on the noodles and cutting nuggets down to once a week max

Cant afford much fruit but have been giving them apples oranges and watermelon as much as i can

Do you have access to batch cook and freezer space to store food? Due to food allergies in the house food has to be made from scratch here. It has the benefit of avoiding all the additives but means we avoid a lot of prep time.

A mild curry could be an option depending if they are used to spice. Veggies and potatoes can easily be added in and is a good way to use up spare veg. Could be meat based or just a veggie curry. Other dishes would be casseroles which are good if you have a slow cooker.
