I Eat Organic Foods

I try to eat as much organic food as I can, after noticing a profound difference bewteen them and so-called conventional food. Additives and preservatives tend to slow the brain down and decrease clarity from my experience. However, they are also expensive. Funny how 100 years ago organic food was simply the food everyone ate, without being riddled with pesticides or GMO's. It's all about the money at the moment, though if economic trends hold true then money won't matter soon, which I'm sure will send many people into a mental tailspin.

It's interesting comparing products from the US and Europe. Generally our food lacks all of the pesticides and GMOs, but it happens sometimes. When I'm in the US I am shocked by the prices of organic, and gluten-free food. I'm lucky to live in a country that has it affordable. I think it is amazing to eat organic, but not everything has to be organic. It's important to read labels and realise where you are getting your food. If you are buying something with a ton of organic ingredients, it's not necessarily better than eating something with a few ingredients that are not organic.

Same!!! Everything down to the spices in my kitchen is organic. My family thinks differently. They're constantly making comments abut giving my daughter organic foods only (including her baby formula) people really don't realize the crap they're putting into their bodies. Also, food just taste sooo much better organic.

Exactly, especially organic pizza. 👍 They don't see that you become what you eat!

Most things have corn syrup and a whole bunch of other crap. I'll stick to organic.
