4 c whole wheat flour 1/2 t salt 1 packet instant yeast
In a bowl
2 c water (warmed) 2 T maple syrup (dissolved in warm water)
Mix it till it's sticky and well blended. Plop it in a 9x5 bread pan. Cover with plastic wrap. Let rise 2 hours somewhere warm. Bake 40 minutes at 390°f
I'll never buy bread again. This is amazing.
