I love me some avocado. But honestly have never had avocado toast.

Alas, I was not awake. I was most likely drooling from the side of my mouth and dreaming of super cool stuff at the time.

@PerfectionOfTheHeart I was this close to trying some this morning with an avocado I had laying around. My go to is the Pioneer Woman. Her recipe looked good but alas, I had peanut butter on my toast. 😬
