GF and it all depends on what kind of sandwich it is. I like pita bread for some fillings and other types for other types of sandwiches.

@cherokeepatti Yeah, Great point there. You can't have a Gyro without pita.

@Justice4All I found out that Gyro meat has wheat in it 😖 I can’t have it at all even if I make my own bread to have with the meat.

@Justice4All Gluten caused damage and think it’s somehow linked to me getting colon cancer. Doing better now but still need more treatment.
