@Starcrossed She kept it together and isn't muhc of a drinker anyways. I have literally just been lying in bed sipping water beyond occasionally getting up to vomit. I'm FINALLY at the point where I can make some soup but *my god*.

@CountScrofula omg. My sympathies. I've been there, it's freakin' awful. Glad she's okay enough she can maybe help fetch water at least. Hope ya feel better soonly.

But yeah I decided to use existing liquor and didn't want beer. So I pre-batched a bunch of old fashioned.

Old fashioneds are STRAIGHT WHISKEY and I drank a fucking pint of it in half an hour. And then kept drinking because I lost my ability to self-regulate.

@CountScrofula dude, my husband and I put down 2/3 a bottle of Jameson last night- most of which occurred from 12-2am. I'm there with ya feelin' my middle age and mortality. 😅 thank the gods we were able to sleep in
