a) part of a lengthy Introduction to Montaigne's Essays, dealing with his Apology of Reymond Sebond, a thing about Natural Theology
b) a dizzying 10 or so pages of Joyce's Ulysses, very fun stuff, you feel like you're in the midst of these vibrant people having spirited discussions quoting Latin and so on, will be a fun read all the way through and i won't need to be able to explain and describe it to enjoy the goddamned fucking thing!!!
c) now i go to Anais Nin's dainty perceptive mind, her '30's Parisian life, edited so that noone when this was published would react like they did in the 1990's.
chug chug chugging along, sorry for not even looking at the main page, this is a trial run for a 10 hour reading day, at this pace i could probably do 15 hours, so it needs to be normatized, but the first try is FUN, and experimental, mind must be devotedly focused on the task at hand, then when gotten used to i can be a social butterfly again ;) never was one btw.
