When was the last time you visited a amusement park?

Years.

It was fun as a child. But now, the feeling as though you escaped with your life lingers for a day or so.

@SethGreene531 That damned pirate ship ride that swings back and forth and flips over is enough to give a person a heart attack. No way will I ever get back on one of those.
@cherokeepatti I was pale white, a lady next me was quite concerned.
That was my undoing as an 11 year old. The worst is how it pauses upside down momentarily, before slipping over the top. You're looking at a concrete trench and giant electric motors with rubber rotors, 100 feet below.

A more sedate version just swings but doesn't invert. Sitting near bow or stern, with only a lap bar, you come to near standing position at max swing.

Chills -- can't take them.

@SethGreene531 It didn’t flip around when I rode it but later on it would. I think I might have passed out if it flipped completely upside down. No more of those rides for me.
@cherokeepatti Agree 100% it's for the youngins, not us.

A big nope.....

@SethGreene531 It’s hard on my adrenal system for sure. They are screaming and it’s just got started.
@cherokeepatti I can't watch most of those either 🙈
