Have you eaten anything raw?

I didn't finish the tray of raw fish....
I took it home, put it in the fridge and still good the next day!

Sour herrings in salt-vinegar marinade.
Cold-smoked fish like mackerel and salmon.
Prosciutto crudo.
Probably beaten egg whites and sugar in some sweets when I was a kid.
