Stolen food?
Well, I've been at the care home for 4 months now as a resident.
The past couple of months I have been making accusations that my food was getting stolen by the other three residents in that part of the home. As the four of us have our living and sleeping place but share a kitchen.
Turned out last weekend I was in bed by 6pm as the increase at meds at the weekend, when I am not working, really knock me out! They did have a video of me on their phone as I got up at 11pm and they were still up. Turns out I have been sleep-walking. I'd went into the kitchen and eaten not just one, but 6...SIX...cream cakes. No wonder I woke up feeling full and would skip breakfast.
I then had to withdraw the accusations as they realized that it was me that was eating my food at night...and maybe some of theirs too.
Yes, I had to write 3 letters of apology to them...🤷
