I think the problem is that no one will be able to define what it is. Sodim chloride is just salt but to some it may be ultraprocessed. Chocolate requires a lot of processing but the ingredients can be benign or questionable. If not processed correctly (like cleaning out the shells) it can be full of heavy metals. Beer can be made with simple ingredients or it can be like bud light.
Will folks want to eliminate fluffy sandwich "bread", pop tarts, spaghetti sauce, and twinkies? I doubt it. Vegetarians finally have meat alternatives. That's not going away. French fries require oil to make.
