I'm super grateful for having this wonderful shelter room but it's annoying me how it has no kitchen...

Today I improvised, cooking inside the water boiler! It's the only appliance there is, along with a little fridge.
I put vermicelli in boiled water and added generously chopped garlic and brought the water to boil a few times. Then I let them soften for about 10 min whilst I did a mini training hehe(part of the recipe!) , transfer them to a bowl, squized half a lemon and added a generous spoon of peanut butter. It was great! 😊
