I made a goal for this year

To be kinder to myself and my body by providing a wide variety of healthy food choices.

I'm headed to work today with a breakfast, a lunch and 4 snackle boxes of nuts, fruit, cheeses, crackers and meats. I want to make sure that I am providing myself with the best I can. I know I won't eat it all tonight, but I will have choices which is something I haven't given myself before.
