I have to drink these gross homemade electrolyte drinks to get my BP up.

Alright everyone, this gross drink is working. I am back in the safe zone. Wild how well that worked and glad I don't have to go in.

Thank you for all the well wishes and yes I will be seeing my doctor next week and they already lowered my medicine dose so hopefully this doesn't happen again.
