Question about your eating habits…

Do you eat only when you’re actually hungry ?

Or do you eat to avoid to being hungry (like scheduling and consuming three meals daily, whether you’re hungry at the time or not) ?

I eat when I'm hungry but fast for part of the day to help me stay energized.

I'd prefer to have time to sit and eat three meals a day in a relaxing way but life isn't like that right now.
