Question about your eating habits…

Do you eat only when you’re actually hungry ?

Or do you eat to avoid to being hungry (like scheduling and consuming three meals daily, whether you’re hungry at the time or not) ?

I've changed, slightly.

Im eating bigger breakfast and lunches and dinner is a smaller, less carby meal. Im snacking less. I have a routine I have to stick to, time wise, with work, so it revolves around that.
