Well, they do make loads of sugar free selections. However, if you don't want a nasty case of diarrhea, you have to check which sugar free sweetener was used. Sorbitol is the usual culprit. I wish they would stop using it.
Here in the United States, every section of our food markets contains sugar free alternatives, and in some markets, there is an entire section devoted ONLY to sugar free foods.

@Thinkerbell I am not diabetic, either, and I don't WANT to be. I WAS pre-diabetic, and by being VERY careful, I am now completely normal!
So I try not to eat things like baked beans, or pre-packaged anything, really. I make my own "baked" beans in the crock pot and cook them for 24 hours. Using pinto beans, sugar substitute, onions, ham, and various herbs and spices, they come out very dark and you really can't tell there is no brown sugar or molasses in them.
