Ingredients

Ingredients:
Fennel – half a teaspoon (improves digestion)
Celery – half a teaspoon (relieves gas and bloating)
Kalonji – a pinch (reduces stomach acidity)
Mint leaves – 5-7 leaves (relieves indigestion)
Ginger – half a teaspoon (crushed pumpkin) (speeds up digestion)
As required. Jaggery or sugar.

Water – 1.5 cups
How to make
Pour 1.5 cups of water in a pan and keep it on the stove.
Add fennel, celery, kalonji, mint and ginger to it and boil on low heat for 10 minutes.
When 1 cup of water remains, turn off the stove.
Strain the coffee and drink it lukewarm.
