Extreme measurements
So, my diet is one that consists of low carbs and whatnot. I lose properly 1-2 pounds each week. So, i bought tin fruit, tin fish which is salmon, sardines and tuna. There are also packs of Jerky, protein bars, and so on. I had to buy a storage box with a combination lock on it as family members willy nilly eat it, and even when confronted... lie about it.
I used to be a heavy eater and drinker, but I stopped to eat more healthier. No crisps, no larhe bars of chocolate, beer, or even takeaway food.
I guess I'm venting a bit. It seems my family don't care about my own well being trying to lose weight. I am Over weight.... I have a long way to lose 40 pounds ... before I back to my normal BMI. I've increases my walking activity by adding a extra length each day. Struggled at half a mile, now ive pushed to five miles but its not running out of stamina but how my back hurts so much doing so. Every day is a battle
